Each year, CAI-CLAC sponsors bills that will significantly enhance the lives of those living and working in any of California’s 50,000 common interest developments. Our volunteers work closely with Advocate, Louie Brown, to monitor legislation throughout each session. Together, we maintain communications with legislators and their staff to ensure CAI-CLAC input is considered.
